Seeing land differently.
Scope
Reframing the potential.
Reframed Land helps landowners unlock the potential of their property, navigating the planning and development process to create greater value from land. The opportunity was to challenge the dated, traditional visual language of the property sector and position the business as a more contemporary, approachable, and forward-thinking partner.
The project encompassed brand strategy, visual identity, logo development, colour and typography, art direction, and brand applications.
Approach & collaboration
Growth through partnership.
The identity was built around the relationship between land, people, and potential. Rather than relying on literal property imagery, the logo explores ideas of growth, transformation, and partnership, creating a distinctive mark that connects to the industry while expressing a broader sense of possibility.
A more energetic colour palette, contemporary typography, and considered visual system brought this thinking to life, balancing the professionalism expected from a property-focused business with a more optimistic, people-centred approach.
Outcomes & impact
A new perspective on property.
The resulting identity gives Reframed Land a confident, contemporary presence in a traditionally conservative sector. Approachable and energetic without compromising credibility, the visual system was designed to connect with a new generation of landowners while reinforcing the expertise required to navigate complex property decisions. More than a brand about land, the identity communicates a belief in seeing familiar things differently — and recognising the possibilities in what you already have.
