Turning AI expertise into work people can use.

Scope

From intelligence to outcomes.

Findem Studio transforms Findem’s people intelligence into expert-informed AI workflows for recruiting and people teams. The challenge was to make a new kind of AI product feel clear, useful, and trustworthy, helping users understand what AI agents could do and how they could apply them to their work.

I led UX design for the three-week launch, shaping the user journeys and product experience from initial concepts through to implementation.

Approach & collaboration

Show the work before asking for the work.

Rather than asking users to understand the underlying technology, the experience was designed around the outcomes they wanted to achieve. I developed agent pages and use-case journeys that surfaced examples of completed work upfront, making each agent’s value tangible before asking users to begin a conversation.

Working closely with engineering, I moved between user journeys, prototyping, implementation, and iteration to refine the experience as requirements evolved. Throughout the process, I carried Findem’s brand into the product through typography, colour, visual hierarchy, and interaction design, creating a cohesive experience that balanced usability with brand consistency.

Outcomes & impact

Making AI feel actionable.

The result was a more intuitive entry point into Findem’s AI capabilities, connecting users to tangible outcomes rather than abstract technology. By showing what agents could accomplish before asking users to engage, the experience helped clarify their value and give users a more confident starting point. Delivered within a three-week launch window, the work established a clear, outcome-led UX foundation for an emerging AI product category while maintaining consistency with Findem’s broader brand.
